Bill served as an executive in the transportation & logistics industry for over 30 years. Before he retired in 2015, Bill was Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Alaska Marine Lines. Prior to that, Bill served as Sr. Vice President/COO at Northland Services for 16 years. Currently, Bill is the founder of Point North LLC, an executive consulting firm, specializing in providing logistic solutions for the marine transportation market. In addition, Bill works with small business owners providing leadership coaching and transition planning. Bill received a BS degree, along with a teaching certificate, from Washington State University and also earned an Executive MBA from Seattle University.
Derek has a 10-year track record of developing innovative PR and marketing campaigns that move people to act. Most recently, he worked at CRISTA Ministries and World Concern, creating strategies to acquire new donors, while fostering and growing relationships with current partners. Prior to CRISTA, Derek worked as a TV news reporter and anchor at several network affiliates. Derek loves using stories to expose injustice. He grew up in Auburn and is a member of Quest Church in Seattle, where he served as a co-chair of the successful $2.5m capital campaign.

Mark is a Vice President, Branch Manager for HomeStreet Bank, one of the largest community banks headquartered in Washington. He joined HomeStreet in 2015 following successful stints at two super regional banks. Mark’s background before banking included management roles in the industrial and service sectors. Mark serves as Vice President of the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce and previously held board positions on the Ballard Chamber. He has been an active volunteer in his Bothell community, from announcing youth football games to teaching Sunday school at St. Brendan parish. Mark has a BA in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Oregon.

Rick is currently CEO/Founder of The Five Abilities™ LLC providing consulting on growing business revenue. Rick retired from Microsoft in November 2012, after 18 years. He held management roles in marketing, operations and sales, finishing as VP, OEM Global Device Partners. His teams managed business with Asian PC, phone and server manufacturers. Prior, Rick was at HP 11 years, American Bank Stationery three years and a musician seven years. Rick earned a BS in Business/Food Science from Oregon State University and an MBA from University of Washington, Foster.

Heather is an Executive Assistant at Facebook Seattle, where she leads many initiatives including site growth strategy, large-scale event planning and admin mentorship. In her 17+ years in the tech industry, Heather has built successful partnerships with executives at Microsoft, OVP Venture Partners and Facebook. She has been a dedicated leader in her church community and a partner of multiple local and global charitable organizations including Charity:Water, American Cancer Society and Vision House. Heather was born and raised in Bellevue, WA and offers a wealth of knowledge in the social media sector, and a passionate heart for the homeless in our community.

Dave has held a number of leadership positions at FedEx Logistics, APL Logistics, REI, and now ChemPoint. He earned a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. Dave has previously served on the board of directors at the Seattle Chapter of the ARC, and Friends of the Cedar River Water Shed. Dave became involved with the Vision House through volunteer efforts with his team at ChemPoint.
