CURRENT NEEDS
Families need the time and space to resolve the crises in their lives that led them to homelessness. This isn’t a handout. This is a way for individuals and families to deal with the root causes of their homelessness.
When families move to Vision House, their apartments are fully furnished and supplied with new linens that they can take with them to future housing.
You can help a family to be warmly welcomed and to rest knowing their every need is provided.

Vision House provides a program with transitional housing in Renton and Shoreline to help families experiencing homelessness move from crisis, to stability and permanent housing.

CURRENT NEEDS
At our Diversion Centers in Renton, Burien, and Shoreline, we provide one-on-one, in-person assistance by appointment. This support includes:
- access to computers for housing and employment searches
- guidance in navigating community resources
- laundry and shower facilities
- tangible items such as clothing, bus tickets, grocery gift cards, etc.

DONATION DRIVE
Donation drives are a wonderful way to support the needs of Vision House, while building community within your church, business or group of friends.
Donation Drive possibilities include NEW 1) Cleaning Supplies, 2) Welcome Baskets, 3) Bathroom Supplies, 4) Resident Store Non-Perishables, 5) Fleece Comfort Blankets and much more! Contact us to find out our greatest needs!
DONATE A CAR
Many Vision House families do not have cars, which makes getting to work, school and appointments an added challenge.
If you have a car that is in good condition, and would be willing to gift this to Vision House to share with a resident, please email us to begin this process and for a receipt.
DONATE GIFT CARDS
Donating a gift card will directly help families experiencing homelessness.
Your gift card (in any amount) can provide:
Fred Meyer: Provide bedding for a child moving to Vision House
Shell: Fill the gas tank of a mom driving her kids to school and appointments
Visa: Change the oil in a family’s car, or repair a broken washing machine
Target: Buy a new outfit for a dad’s job interview
Walmart: Buy a bed frame for a couple moving into a Vision House apartment
Safeway: Provide groceries for a family’s fridge as they move to Vision House
