Vision House 2024 Annual Report
Our 2024 Annual Report outlines the work of Vision House in addressing family homelessness in Greater King County, where homelessness has increased by 22% since 2022. The report details how Vision House assisted more than 1,200 families through diversion centers and transitional housing programs, with 88% of those in housing programs moving on to permanent housing. Vision House services include housing support, childcare, counseling, and case management designed to help families regain stability.
The 2024 Annual Report also emphasizes the role of community support in making this work possible. Our facilities in Renton and Shoreline, serving the greater Seatte metropolitan area and all of King County, are vital components to our delivery of services to those in need. Donations from individuals, churches, foundations, and businesses, along with thousands of hours of volunteer time, contributed to over 36,000 nights of housing and childcare for 164 children. The report's inclusion of stories like Yvonne’s, a mother rebuilding her life after domestic abuse, illustrates the practical outcomes of Vision House’s approach and the value of ongoing support for families working to secure stable housing and improve their lives.
